Impact on the Ground
Since work commenced in India on April 1, 2023, Just Rights for Children has delivered enormous, tangible impact for children on the ground. More than 400,000 children have been directly supported with legal assistance and rehabilitation, and this on-the-ground experience and impact directly informs our policy and advocacy work. Just Rights for Children is accelerating change for millions of children, and today every child in India is significantly closer to realizing their rights to protection, education, and freedom.

Our partners in India record their cases on an ongoing basis, and their data is internally verified by our program team. At the end of each year (31 March), our impact data is externally audited. The data below for the period April 1, 2024 - March 24, 2025 has been internally verified, and the external audit period will begin on April 1, 2025.
